What is BrewShed? BrewShed is a future community coffee-pod concept — a container-based, low-cost, highly visible “front door” that draws people onto your site for coffee and conversation.
How does BrewShed make money? Through modest income from coffee sales. To be realistic: BrewShed isn't designed as a big earner on its own. Its real value is as a front door — the easy first visit that leads people toward the initiatives that do generate meaningful income.
How does booking work? Scan the QR code on the container, book and pay online, receive a text access code valid for your booking slot, snap an arrival photo as an accountability check, use the space, then snap a departure photo to deactivate the code. No app, no staff, no key handover.
Can we launch BrewShed today? Not yet. BrewShed is currently in development and is not operational at this time.
How does BrewShed connect to the other initiatives? It's the feeder. The people who stop for a coffee are the same people who might rent a room through Community Space Occupancy, join a Harvest Hub garden subscription, or drop goods at a Loop2Loop depot. BrewShed turns a quiet site into a place people already have a habit of visiting.

The Meeting Container (enclosed, seats 8–10, powered, insulated, weatherproof) is $35 an hour. The Covered Outdoor Space (open-air, seats 6–8, sheltered) is $25 an hour.
